Post Road’s current portfolio includes approximately 1,000 apartment units in the New York City and Philadelphia metropolitan markets.
In addition, Post Road makes both long-term and transitional debt and equity investments in real estate special situations where meaningful dislocation presents an opportunity to create substantial value through a repositioning or recapitalization.
